I'm a liar...

So we weren't those peoples for Halloween. We were lazy and never made the costumes.. But guess what?!?! Aunt Jody and Cassidy and Warren and Tyler are coming for Thanksgiving!!! I am sooo uber excited!!! They come tomorrow!! I don't know when they leave yet though.. But they're driving so that'll take a while.. YAY!!

Words cannot describe how excited I am!!! Except I'm bummered cause I have to work Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, so I won't really be able to hang with them for long.. :(

I'll get over it.. YIPPEE!!! :)

Halloween.. ooo spooky!

So for Halloween Maia, Annie, and I are gonna be the Sailor Scouts!! Maia is gonna be Sailor Neptune, Annie is Sailor Mars, and I'm Sailor Jupiter.. It's gonna be sooo awesome!! :DD

Shoulda Been A Cowboy

Think about it.. Would it not be awesome to be a cowboy? Or cowgirl if you will. You get to ride a horse, carry a gun, be all southern. Oh and you can do basically whatever you want because hey! you're a cowboy! :D

Plus lets all admit that cowboys are undeniably hott.. :D lol but anyways... So about this talent show me and Annie are doing.. It's coming along right now.. we keep hitting speed bumps.. I have to practice my singing.. I gotta sing all big and loud.. I'm thinking of purposely messing up, cause then it'll be on purpose...

lolz.. anyways... it's very discouraging to get on here and find out that no one has commented on any of my posts.. I guess I should make them more interesting or something.. Then maybe people will look..

Ok, so is anyone gonna give me a topic to blog about? No? URGH!!!! I guess I'll have to come up with something... Hmm... Oh gosh.. I mean anyone who knows me knows I'm terrible at figuring out what to talk about!

So I'm most definitely about to give up... I mean.. someone comment, and then I'll keep going.. this is too much hassle otherwise... :/

So I guess I'll post and tell ya'll about my life. Well at the moment I am 16. I'm still single... still living at home ( I mean, come on! Where else would I live?) I finally have my own room.
I still love to sing and dance ( I always put terribly in parenthesis... [ I didn't even spell that right.. did I?] ) but yeah.. I also still love acting, and writing, and reading, and hanging out with friends.
I'm actually gonna compine 5 of those things sometime in the next few months. Me and my bff Annie Contini are putting on a talent show, which we are MCing.. So that should be fun.
Um... I'm a senior.. at homeschool. And I still don't know where I'm going to college. It'll probably end up being BYU Idaho, since that's where my parents want me to go. When I get there I want to study Drama. I want to be a Drama Teacher, or some other Drama-ish thing. I just think it'd be so fun to go to teach in different costumes everyday.. freak out the students a bit, ya know?
But yeah.. other than that stuff, I don't really think anything else is going on in my life.. If you wanna know anything else, leave it in a comment.. and I'll blog about it! lol unless it's all embarrassing or something.. then I might just ignore it.. lol oh yeah and I just thought of more stuff about me!! My favorite song is Austin, by Blake Shelton. I don't have a favorite movie, but I can watch Labyrinth over and over again without getting tired of it. I don't have a favorite book either, but the one I can read over and over is Mandy. I'm actually reading it now. I don't even know why I like it, it's a rather dull tale.. But oh well.. Ummm.. anyways... Oh.. I enjoy randomly bursting into song. I do it quite often. I also pretty much always have a song in my head, which is why my facebook statuses are
usually songs. And I admit that I was just stalling with this post until I had enought words to do each color twice.. lol I know... I'm aweful.. :( anyways.. LOVE YA'LL!!!!! MUAH!!!!

lol... so if ya'll don't know.. Me and Carla Teixeira have formed an informal band, as in when we get together, we play songs and tinker around a bit on our own. Above is our first official band picture.. lol well it could be... Well anyways, we have a song that's just missing a first verse.. Here it is!

Photo Assignment 3

Here I used the Oilify filter, and then the Riple filter.












For this one, I used the Sharpening filter.

I accomplished this using 2 layers. The first was the background, with which I used the Mosaic filter, and then used Color Curves to make it darker. Then I used the brush tool and speckled green around it. The Font was accomplished by using the pattern Blue Squares, and then using the Glass Tile filter over it.










This was done in much the same way as the first, but instead of a filter, I used a pattern. Then I put a drop shadow under the word.











Once again, this was done the same way. The few differences were made by using a brush on the background, then using the Cubism filter, and adding random spots of white that you cannot see unless you look really close. Then the font pattern was accomplished by using the Blue Sky pattern.
This picture was made by taking a picture, inverting the color, tweaking it a bit with Color Curves, and then using the Cartoonism filter.

Digital Photography assignment

This picture was accomplished by pasting my cropped head with a new layer, turning down the opacity, and blurring the edges.















This picture was made by making a transparent layer, then outlining a picture of a hot dog with ketchup and mustard.











Here is a picture made possible by 9 different layers, and 9 different filters. I can't remember all of them but most of them are Oilify, Glass Tile, Neon, Wind, Whirl, and Ripple.














Here is another picture that was accomplished much like the first one. The only difference is that with this one, I made the entire picture blue.

This lovely pic is of a hot dog, with a squirt of ketchup and mustard for the eyes. My wonderful friend Heather was the inspiration for this.
